If you aren't confident enough to go to the gym, you don't like the gym environment or you don't have enough time to travel to the gym, you have the option to do online training. To do this, you just have to let me know what equipment (if any) you have and a photo of the space you will be training and I will plan workouts  for you to do,  I will the video call you and we will complete the session.
