''Already feeling the difference in being able to do some of the exercises in week 3 that I did in week 1''
''Yeah, even the glute bridges felt worlds apart and I was even able to balance on one leg!''

''I thought I’d share a win this evening - went to see the chiropractor and considering I’ve taken 2/3 weeks out to pack boxes and move and it was a bit stressful, my lower back was fine and my shoulders were nowhere near as bad as I thought they would be. I said I’d been doing some weights as part of my PT and he said it shows and it’s definitely starting to pay dividends 🤩 chuffed with that. Thought you’d like to know 🙌🏻''

''I am totally loving the flexibility of the workouts throughout the week, its that motivation i need to keep me moving but not stressful if that makes sense? I had a friend trying to get my to join 24/7 (or whatever name it has) but just the thought of paying membership and then the pressure to go made me feel awful.''
