I want to teach ladies how to move properly,  so they are able

to continue living the life they want up until they are 90.

This 12-week beginner challenge is designed to give you everything you need to start and, more importantly, stick to your journey. Whether you’ve never set foot in a gym or you’ve struggled to stay consistent, this programme meets you where you are.
You’ll get clear guidance on how to train effectively, simple and realistic nutrition advice, and the coaching support and accountability that most people are missing. No guesswork, no extremes — just a structured, step-by-step approach that actually works.


Over the 12 weeks, we’ll focus on helping you:
Build confidence in the gym and in your own body
Create sustainable habits around training and nutrition
Feel stronger, healthier, and more energised
Become part of a supportive, like-minded community
This isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about helping you feel good in your body again and setting you up for long-term success.
